Marco Rosario De Vito

Director/Senior Physiotherapist

As a young athlete, Marco developed a passion for sport injuries and movement. He completed two degrees in Physiotherapy and Sport Science at King's College in London and continued his postgraduate career in Orthopedic Medicine and Sport Medicine at Queen Mary in London. Since then, Marco has worked for several elite sports clubs and has created his own physiotherapy company to offer the same level of premier treatments accessible to everyone.

Marco believes in providing evidence based and effective treatment techniques. He has continued taking part in several academic projects including research on hamstring and groin injuries, chronic compartment syndrome, and tendon injuries. Marco is part of the Physiotherapy team for the London Marathon and the Iron Man Competition, worked at the 2006 Turin Winter Olympics and 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics, is a qualified Pilates instructor and Acupuncturist, and will be attending the world Congress of Physical therapy in Amsterdam.

Claudia Cocci Grifoni

Senior Physiotherapist

Claudia qualified as a physiotherapist in Italy in 2006. She has completed a post-graduate Master Degree in Manual Therapyand she has been practicing in the UK, Italy and in Belgium. She is also a qualified Pilates and Postural gym instructor.

Claudia has worked in both the private and public sectors specializing in Orthopedics and Musculoskeletal disorders, developing an interest in ankle and foot related sports injuries. Claudia is a keen sportswoman and is currently working with several athletes preparing for the London, Paris, Berlin and New York marathons.

Zach Dutton

Physiotherapist

Zach qualified with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2011. He has always had a keen interest in sport, especially football, and this has lead to him working for Chelsea football club as well as a number of semi-professional teams. Zach has also experienced motorsport driver development settings and discussed rehabilitation.

From his other previous physiotherapy experiences, Zach also has a real passion for neurological physiotherapy, having spent a month under the supervision of Advanced Bobath Tutors. As a result, Zach has found a real enthusiasm for the concept of 'normal movement' and efficient function.

Paloma Puentes Valdespino

Physiotherapist

Paloma qualified in Physiotherapy from the University of Salamanca (Spain) in 2006. She also holds a Nutrition and Dietetics Diploma. She has been practicing in Spain, Italy and the UK. Paloma has performed treatments in a wide range of areas, from sports injuries to stroke management. She has worked both with individual patients and groups. Moreover, she has gained experience in the application of technological equipments used for a variety of pathologies, in particular incontinency and lymphoedema. Paloma is also a qualified Thai Massage Therapist. She has earned her degree in Chiang Mai (Thailand). As part of her continuous professional development, she will be attending an Acupuncture Course in April.

Gunjan Sharma

Physiotherapist

Gunjan qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2006 in India. She has worked for several years within the Army Medical Team to offer physiotherapy treatments to injured army personnel. She has the opportunity to specialize in gait and running analysis and has developed a keen interest in footwear.

Gunjan takes an active participation in several sports events, including being the physiotherapist for her local cricket team and being part of the medical team at the Virgin London Marathon.

Manuela Errigo

Customer Service Manager

Manuela graduated in Philosophy of Language with a thesis on Non-conceptual Content and Non-Verbal languages. After moving to London she achieved an MA in Communications Management in 2005.

Manuela's work experience reflects her passion for Customer Service: before joining MarcoPhysio she has been an Events Manager and a Front Office Manager for an International Hotel chain.

Despite not having undertaken a physiotherapist career herself, she has always nourished a deep interest in well being disciplines and the link between mind and body, with a look to the physiological reasons behind movement and health.
